Danielle (Waugh) Stock, avid runner and Division 1 competitor, has always had a passion for fitness. Years of pounding pavement, fast sprints and power lifting left her body injury prone and fatigued. She realized she needed to diversify her workouts in order to notice a change, and wanted to share her findings with others. Danielle studied personal training in order to learn the physiology behind how the body operates. She started teaching spin classes in 2010 in Wilmington, but her true passion is barre. She loves how just three pound weights can get the same muscle sculpt without the bulk and muscle deterioration of power lifting, so after getting certified and teaching in Baltimore, she became the first instructor to bring it to Delaware. The combination of running, cross training, high intensity, spinning, yoga and barre has proven to be what has kept her body in shape, so the next logical step was to open her own studio that would allow practitioners to not only have barre and yoga, but a great cardio workout as well- and Lovering Studio was born.
Trying to keep one step up in the fitness industry, Danielle added a hot pilates bootcamp to her regime – it is full of explosive and dynamic power brings her back to her days as a college competitor and adds that cardio element. Ashley, a long time student, introduced Danielle to TRX and instantly she fell in love with it. The two attended the TRX Summit in 2016 and the concept of Skinnybarre-X was born, combing all concepts into one. Ashley became an owner in Lovering immediately after. Danielle is certified in AFAA group fitness, Barre, Oh baby Fitness, BodyShred, Mat Pilates and CPR/First Aid/AED, and recently qualified for the TRX and Rip Trainer.
When not in the studio, Danielle works full time in Accounting and Finance, and resides in Delaware with her husband, 2 dogs, toddler and baby.
Ashley Paoli Kapes:: Studio Owner

Ashley Paoli Kapes brings more than 7 years of personal training experience and a background in health sciences to Lovering Studio. She earned her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2009 and a B.S. in Health Behavior Science with a Minor in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Delaware in 2012. For 5 years, Ashley worked as a performance specialist at a top fitness studio in Wilmington, DE where she specialized in personal and semi-private training focusing programs based around the TRX. Ashley has spent the last 3 years of her career at one of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region performing fitness assessments to identify patient needs, designing and instructing personalized exercise programs while monitoring client vital responses, developing balance and fall prevention classes for older adults, and finally assisting with the nutrition department in conjunction with the University of Delaware studying Vascular Effects of Dietary Salt in Humans and Salt Resistant Blood Pressure. She also spent a year as the Strength and Conditioning coach for the Talleyville Girls’ Softball Team. Ashley is looking forward to bringing her vast knowledge and experience in personal training and TRX to Lovering Studio.

My passion for fitness was not always there. It was not until 2010 after my second pregnancy that I found myself depressed and desperate for a change. Little did I know, all it took was a 90-day workout program and a lot of hard work to bring all the confidence back into my life. I made the time to exercise in my own home because with two small kids, time was limited (it still is!) It was challenging, but was doable. Years passed and, without realizing, I created that consistent habit of daily exercise because it was doing something good to my mind and body. If you ask me for advice, I will give you ONE word. It’s the one word that makes everything possible: CONSISTENCY. Moving a little bit each day is way better than working hard only occasionally. In 2011, I founded the “Delaware Fit Club.” It was a fun idea which grew into grew into a nice size group of friends getting together every Saturday morning for a FREE workout. A few years later, I got certified to teach a group fitness class called Insanity. I found my newly passion for fitness ignite even more. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people working on improving their health & fitness. I am now certified to teach Core De Force and I am super excited to bring this fun & energizing class to Lovering Studio and make everyone feel empowered!
Personal Trainer /Melt Method / Yoga
Monique Claudio is a Holistic Wellness Coach with a passion for helping people create optimal lifestyles to feel their best, remain vital, and connect deeply. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in psychology, and has focused on mental and physical well being in her role as a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine for over 10 years. As a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher having trained with Sadie Nardini, Leslie Kaminoff, Tiffany Cruikshank, Cindy Lee, Frank Mauro, Joe Miller, and Edward Jones as well as Tao Porchon Lynch. She loves teaching high energy classes like kettle bells and Jillian Michael’s Body Shred. As an advanced MELT method instructor, she takes pride in helping everyday folks reap the rewards of nurturing the mind and body as one system. Monique takes pride in sharing small interventions which have huge payoffs for everyone’s well being, joy, peace, and happiness.

Cristal Pulgini Murch
Cristal is a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with 17 years of experience in training and group instruction. Cristal attended the University of Delaware where she majored in Exercise physiology and minored In Nutrition. Cristal was an morbidly obese child and teenage. She suffered from hypertension and an enlarged heart from this. Cristal was also bullied as a child because of her weight. Later in her teenage years, she took matters into her own hands and began her fitness journey and over 20 years later, she has never looked back. Losing over 100lbs, Cristal made it her life mission to help as many people become the healthiest versions of themselves, since she knows how it feels to not feel well about yourself. Cristal has a special interest in Yoga and started to instruct after a 3 day long Yoga teaching retreat she attended in 2007. Cristal’s Yoga style is a fusion of both eastern and western style Yoga. She infuses fitness aspects in her class and calls it a “Hybrid Yoga”workout. The style can be with or without light dumbbells or bands and combines fast-paced movements with the added resistance of weights gives poses much more muscle-carving and calorie-burning power.
Julie Macedo is the owner and creator of Well by Nature, a yoga and holistic health coaching business aimed at cultivating health and happiness through yoga, meditation, holistic nutrition, movement and mindset. She is a 200hr certified yoga teacher and ACSM personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida in Holistic Health & Wellness. She loves designing movement sessions to strengthen, balance, and empower you from the inside out and is so excited to be working with the Lovering Studio community.
Becky first started with Skinnybarre as a participant, gearing up for her wedding in 2013. After trying several types of group work out classes, Becky found her passion in barre. After 2 years of taking class, Becky earned her certification as a barre instructor through Balance Body Barre. She has since been teaching with Danielle at Lovering Studio on rotating Wednesdays, Sundays and when needed. When Becky isn’t teaching barre, you can find her chasing after her 3 year old daughter, taking walks around Trolley with her husband and their chocolate lab, Pelle and working full time in fundraising at Nemours Fund for Children’s Health.

My love for yoga started way before I was even aware of what yoga was. At the age of 7 or 8 I was away on vacation with family and I remember getting into lotus & placing my hands in Jnana mudra trying to be funny and make them laugh. I never knew that years later it would be a part of my everyday life as well as becoming my passion. My love for it goes deeper than the surface, because it definitely changed my life in more ways than one. I love life and everything it has to offer, even the bad moments. I have a love and deep connection with kids and I could never grow tired of that. I’ve coached 7-8 year old girls soccer and it was one of the best times of my life. I have two daughters. One is 7 and one is 5. When I started sharing yoga with them after completing my certification I instantly knew this was what I was supposed to be doing. I have been teaching family and close friends for 2 years. I am 43 hr certified through a program called Kidding Around Yoga. With this program, style of teaching & amazing curriculum kids will be motivated to be active, build confidence, and manage the spectrum of emotions that they experience in their day-to-day activities. Kidding Around Yoga style is stress management for kids! In this class they will get cardiovascular conditioning, fun and original music and games while still getting all of the traditional benefits of yoga such as meditation, breathing techniques, peace and deep relaxation. After all, the best way that kids learn is through play!
I have been personal training, coaching and teaching classes since 2007. Working with all types of people, with a variety of goals. I have always been involved with athletics. Growing up I played soccer, volleyball, ran track and swam. In college I started to run which then lead me to competing in my first triathlon and 5 half marathons.
Certifications: BS in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware. AFAA group exercise certified, AFAA group cycling certified and AFAA kickboxing certified.

I bring over 23 years of martial arts experience, 18 years of kickboxing/boxing, and 13 years in law enforcement. I earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and have years of experience in ground fighting tactics and Jiu Jitsu. I am really looking forward to bringing my knowledge in not only self-defense tactics, but exercise programs to help people achieve their fitness goals.
