Danielle Stock :: Studio Owner

Classes: SkinnyBarre / Rip Trainer/ TRX / Hot Pilates/SkinnyBarre- X/ Mommy and Me

Danielle (Waugh) Stock, avid runner and Division 1 competitor, has always had a passion for fitness. Years of pounding pavement, fast sprints and power lifting left her body injury prone and fatigued. She realized she needed to diversify her workouts in order to notice a change, and wanted to share her findings with others. Danielle studied personal training in order to learn the physiology behind how the body operates. She started teaching spin classes in 2010 in Wilmington, but her true passion is barre. She loves how just three pound weights can get the same muscle sculpt without the bulk and muscle deterioration of power lifting, so after getting certified and teaching in Baltimore, she became the first instructor to bring it to Delaware.  The combination of running, cross training, high intensity, spinning, yoga and barre has proven to be what has kept her body in shape, so the next logical step was to open her own studio that would allow practitioners to not only have barre and yoga, but a great cardio workout as well- and Lovering Studio was born.

Trying to keep one step up in the fitness industry, Danielle added a hot pilates bootcamp to her regime – it is full of explosive and dynamic power brings her back to her days as a college competitor and adds that cardio element. Ashley, a long time student, introduced Danielle to TRX and instantly she fell in love with it.  The two attended the TRX Summit in 2016 and the concept of Skinnybarre-X was born, combing all concepts into one.  Ashley became an owner in Lovering immediately after.  Danielle is certified in AFAA group fitness, Barre, Oh baby Fitness, BodyShred, Mat Pilates and CPR/First Aid/AED, and recently qualified for the TRX and Rip Trainer.

When not in the studio, Danielle works full time in Accounting and Finance, and resides in Delaware with her husband, 2 dogs, toddler and baby.

Ashley Paoli Kapes:: Studio Owner

TRX/Personal Training/SkinnyBarre- X/ Rip Trainer

Ashley Paoli Kapes brings more than 10 years of personal training experience and a background in health sciences to Lovering Studio.  She earned her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2009 and a B.S. in Health Behavior Science with a Minor in Business Management from the University of Delaware in 2012.  She also is certified in TRX Functional Training and CPR/First Aid/AED.  For 5 years, Ashley worked as a performance specialist at a top fitness studio in Wilmington, DE where she specialized in personal and semi-private training focusing programs based around the TRX.  Ashley has spent the last 6 years of her career at one of the largest health care providers in the mid-Atlantic region performing fitness assessments to identify patient needs, designing and instructing personalized exercise programs while monitoring client vital responses, and developing balance and fall prevention classes for older adults.   In November 2015, Ashley joined Lovering Studio creating and designing a new dynamic TRX semi-private class.  Ashley partnered with Danielle to become co-owner of Lovering in August of 2018.   With both their passions combined, SkinnybarreX was created (a fusion of Skinnybarre and TRX).

“I love teaching and working with the TRX suspension training system.  I believe that this is the best piece of training equipment that offers unlimited possibilities of exercises that target every muscle in the body.  What I really love about the TRX is that it engages so many muscles beyond just the specific one you’re working.  It’s not only an efficient tool, but effective as well.   The best part about this system is all exercise levels can and will be able to benefit their physical fitness routines.  Clients can all work at their own level and progress at their own pace. You can make the TRX work with you by making the exercises easier or harder — it’s all about changing the angle of your body. I am excited to bring this effective total body workout program to the studio and help clients achieve results, build a stronger core, and create lasting goals.  Once you try this, you will be hooked!”

Ashley, her husband, and son reside in Wilmington.  They will be welcoming the newest addition to their family in May 2018.

Amanda Brizzolara

Personal Training/ Group Interval Workouts/Franchise Owner & Instructor
Amanda’s love for fitness began as a little girl when she enjoyed the thrill of Tae Kwon Do. At age 10, she laced up her first pair of figure skates, and years later she went on to tour professionally with Disney On Ice. In high school, she was a competitive runner, hurdlist and high-jumper, and continues to run for leisure as well as participates in local races with her husband. Following her time with Disney, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business and her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Amanda always had a natural talent and passion in sports but her ability to truly discover her best self was hidden by a decade-plus of unhealthy eating habits and low self-esteem. She is proud of overcoming these challenges and is eager to help other women gain strength and confidence. Amanda brings a positive outlook, professional experience, and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals. While training with her, she will make you laugh and sweat, but her true goal is to make you feel your best.

When Amanda is not training, she is busy chasing around her little ones, Alexander and Evangeline. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and going to the shore.

For personal training with Amanda, contact her directly at or (302) 635-0731. Please note, personal training sessions are not included in the standard class pricing.

Itala Murphy

Classes: Core de Force

My passion for fitness was not always there.  It was not until 2010 after my second pregnancy that I found myself depressed and desperate for a change.  Little did I know, all it took was a 90-day workout program and a lot of hard work to bring all the confidence back into my life.  I made the time to exercise in my own home because with two small kids, time was limited (it still is!) It was challenging, but was doable.  Years passed and, without realizing, I created that consistent habit of daily exercise because it was doing something good to my mind and body.  If you ask me for advice, I will give you ONE word.  It’s the one word that makes everything possible: CONSISTENCY.  Moving a little bit each day is way better than working hard only occasionally.  In 2011, I founded the “Delaware Fit Club.”   It was a fun idea which grew into grew into a nice size group of friends getting together every Saturday morning for a FREE workout.  A few years later, I got certified to teach a group fitness class called Insanity.  I found my newly passion for fitness ignite even more.  Nothing makes me happier than seeing people working on improving their health & fitness.  I am now certified to teach Core De Force and I am super excited to bring this fun & energizing class to Lovering Studio and make everyone feel empowered!

Andrea Larson

TRX/ Rip Trainer Instructor

Andrea Michele Larson has been taking classes at Lovering Studio since April 2015, when the studio first opened. She fell in love with the warm atmosphere, the amazing network of clientele, and most importantly the challenging classes. Andrea was always an athlete growing up, but found her true passion for health and fitness, after her mother passed from Breast Cancer. She started distance running, as this was a passion of her mother’s and then became determined to always challenge herself to be the best version of herself she can be. She mixes her workouts with cardio, TRX, TRX Rip Training, barre, yoga, etc. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Delaware in 2009 and has since pursued her career in Marketing-specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. While Andrea’s primary career is focused on healthcare, she continues to take on additional educational opportunities to pursue teaching, supporting, and advocating for others to reach their fitness goals.

After 2 years of taking TRX focussed classes at Lovering, Andrea became passionate about the suspension training system. Andrea had undergone 2 separate shoulder surgeries, and was determined to find a program that not only could be modified for her limited range of motion, but still remain versatile and challenging. The TRX allows unlimited possibilities and range of motion, while building the strongest foundation of one’s core. In the Summer of 2017 Andrea became qualified in a TRX Functional Training Course, and in 2018 was qualified in the TRX Rip Training system. Andrea aims to bring her positive energy and creativity to the Studio.
